This tittle explains how we should never, never post ads, commercials or advertisements. For one thing, you might hurt a person’s feelings when you do that. If you really, really want to post a particularly special ad, commercial or advertisement to someone, you must make sure how old the person whom you are going to send the particularly special ad, commercial or advertisement. You must take this action for if not, you will not only hurt the other person’s feelings whom you are sending the ad, commercial or advertisement to but you sound very, very nasty and rude.Like for example, if you want to go to a movie, your parents will look in the newspapers to find a movie that you would want to with a symbol like this : U -A capital u. This symbol stands for that this particular movie or show is suitable for young people.

Etiquette means to be a good online citizen.

a)Be Tactful

This is specially for mental people.Try to find out what are their hobbies.For example try to find out what their favourite sports are or ambition.You might even end up having a strong relationship with that particular person.If you are not what the tittle says- “tactful” you might hurt the other persons feelings or even end up breaking the strong relationship that you might have with them.

b)Bite Your Tongue

Never, never post in anger.Or in other words, don’t be rude. People might or will think that you are rude if you post in anger or say a lot of rude words. You will regret it later on when the person whom you sent the rude message to breaks up the strong relation you might have.So, as the tittle says, always, always bite your tongue and never post in anger when sending a message to someone.

c)Don’t Use All Uppercase

This is very similar to the tittle “Bite Your Tongue”. If you use all uppercase, you will sound very rude.Use should only use capital letters when you want to stress words or the begining of sentences. Don’t do it like this, “I WANT THAT PEN FROM AMERICA.”You should do it like this,” I want that pen from America.”You can only use capital letters for 3 things : the beginning of a sentence, when you want to stress your words and when you want to type pronouns.

d) Mind Your Language

This topic is exactly like the topic ” Bite Your Tounge”. Do not be rude when you are posting or sending something. If you do not stop yourself in time, when you post rude words you will regret it because you might end up breaking the strong relationship you might have with that particular person.That is why you must always remember to always,always mind your language.

e) Watch Your Words

This topic is also like the topic ,”Mind Your Words”.This topic plainly states that have to be careful of what you say.

f) Respect Confidantlly 

This topic means not to post private e-mails that other people have sent to you. The mails might be very private and confidental. Apart from being rude, you might make the person whom you recieved the e-mail from feel embarresed if the post you recieved had anything privte in it. 

g)Keep It Simple

When you are typing a message to someone,always try and make the message that you are typing short and sweet.If you express yourself in simple English, the person will understand you easily. Try and type messages which are about 2-5 lines. the person whom recieved the message won’t get tired of reading the e-mail and delete the message  just as he/she has come to the most important part of the letter.

h) Don’t be A Grammar Pendant

 The tittle itself explains itself.Everone makes mistakes, so it quite normal to see a few spelling errors in a particular message.Don’t mind to much about your Grammar.It is normal to have spelling errors all the time.

i) Use Plain Text

This tittle states clearly that to always use plain text. Also never use HTML coding.Simple text is much bettter.

j) Warn If You Might Spoil A Surprise    

You may warn people but your warnings must be true.For example: MU is going to win Arsenal 3-0. What if it is not true? So never warn but you can,only if it is true.
